This Quality Policy applies to Cyber Tec Security Limited (CTS).
Cyber Tec Security Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity certification, assurance and security services to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Our services include cybersecurity certification schemes and security services including Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, Cyber Baseline, IASME Cyber Assurance, DCC, penetration testing and related cyber security services.
CTS aims to provide professional, reliable and impartial services that meet the expectations of our customers, certification scheme requirements and regulatory obligations. Through the continual review and improvement of our practices, we seek to maintain high standards of service delivery while ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of the business.
Responsibility for Quality
Responsibility for establishing, maintaining, implementing and improving the CTS Quality Management System is shared across the organisation.
The lead responsible for Quality is Louise Ralston, with overall accountability held by the Chief Executive Officer, Mike Ralston.
Senior management is committed to ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system and to supporting continual improvement across all CTS activities.
Staff Competence
All employees are responsible for the quality of the work they perform and will receive appropriate training and support to fulfil their roles effectively.
CTS ensures that any subcontractors, assessors or licensed partners involved in service delivery meet defined competency and quality requirements and accept responsibility for the work undertaken.
Impartiality and Integrity
As a certification body, CTS is committed to maintaining the impartiality and integrity of all certification and assessment activities.
Certification decisions are made objectively and free from any commercial or other pressures that could compromise impartiality.
Any concerns regarding certification integrity or impartiality may be reported through our whistleblowing process.
Continual Improvement
CTS is committed to continual improvement of its Quality Management System and service delivery.
Quality objectives are established and reviewed regularly to support:
- customer satisfaction
- compliance with certification scheme requirements
- operational effectiveness
- continual improvement of services
Feedback from customers, partners and stakeholders, including IASME and other interested parties, is actively encouraged.

Monitoring and Review
The Quality Management System is monitored and reviewed regularly by:

The effectiveness and status of the quality system are reported within CTS to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with organisational objectives.
