Cyber Tec Security Ltd (“CTS”) is committed to conducting its business with honesty, integrity and transparency.
CTS has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, fairly and ethically in all business dealings.
This policy reflects the requirements of the UK Bribery Act 2010.
Our Commitment
CTS prohibits:
- offering, promising or giving bribes
- requesting or accepting bribes
- any form of improper financial or other advantage intended to influence business decisions
This applies to all employees, contractors, assessors, partners and anyone acting on behalf of CTS.
Certification Integrity
As a cybersecurity certification body, CTS is committed to ensuring that certification decisions are made objectively and impartially.
Any attempt to improperly influence certification outcomes, including offering gifts, financial incentives or other benefits to staff or assessors, is strictly prohibited.
Such behaviour will be treated as a serious breach of our policies.
Gifts and Hospitality
CTS recognises that reasonable and proportionate hospitality may occur in the course of business relationships.
However, gifts or hospitality must never:
- influence certification or business decisions
- create a conflict of interest
- appear to compromise professional judgement
Where there is any doubt, gifts or hospitality should be declined.
Reporting Concerns
CTS encourages employees, partners and stakeholders to report any concerns relating to bribery, corruption or improper conduct.

Reports will be handled in accordance with our Whistleblowing Policy.
Compliance
CTS expects all staff, contractors and partners to comply with this policy.
Breaches may result in disciplinary action, termination of relationships, or reporting to appropriate authorities where necessary.
