The Process
Get an instant quote for Cyber Essentials using our instant quote generator. You’ll just have to provide a few details like the number of employees in your organisation so we can accurately confirm your pricing bracket based on IASME’s tiering system.
If you’re happy with the quote you receive, simply respond by email or give us a call and we’ll help you e-sign the quote and process payment.
You’ll receive your login details for the IASME portal where you’ll fill out your assessment. If you have opted for our guided or managed option (which we always recommend), you’ll work 1-2-1 with us on your SAQ.
Our assessments team will review your SAQ as many times as needed until they’re confident you’re ready to pass.
The final step is submission. If you’re going solo, you can do this whenever you feel ready, but with our guided options you’ll only be advised to submit when we are certain you’re ready.
Upon successful certification, you’ll receive your badge and certificate to put on your website and any collateral.

Most importantly to note is that with Cyber Tec, both our guided and managed option include unlimited support at a capped price, so you always know what you’re going to need to budget for. Our guided options are designed to assure your company a first-time pass, provided instructions from our technical specialists are carefully followed.
Although you can choose to purchase the SAQ by itself, we are currently seeing most of our clients fail and have to re-purchase due to the nature of the new requirements, so to secure a speedy first-time pass and avoid the hassle of re-certification costs, we recommend exploring the guided certification route. This allows our assessors to walk you through all the new requirements, offer their recommendations and remedial advice, and then submit your assessment only when you are ready to achieve certification.
If you’ve got a better price for the same level of service we offer, just send us evidence of your cheaper quote and we’ll beat it! Simple as that.
For Cyber Essentials Basic, you have 6 months to complete the assessment and pass from the moment you receive login details for the IASME portal. We can usually certify the majority of businesses in 24 hours provided they have the time and resource to commit fully, but if you’re in a real hurry, we offer an expedited assessment service for a small additional cost.
